Thanksgiving Weekend

 So I officially decided to start blogging again.  I have been wanting to for a while now but I just never know where to start so I figured thanksgiving would work since it was a fairly eventful weekend. 


First to announce: my current roommate is moving out and my best friend from high school is taking her place.  The whole situation is bittersweet as I will miss my current roomie but I am so excited for some new adventures with my friend Aly!  

Now onto Thanksgiving Week: Thanksgiving, I assume, for most people is an eventful occasion since families and all of their differences come together as one.  For me however, Thanksgiving was a little more eventful than usual (its generally fairly quiet).  Bentley got new sweaters, Boyfriend got pneumonia, Brother got meningitis, my fish died so I two more and they died the next day, Grandpa had an allergic reaction to butter (butter?!? who knew?), made enchiladas with my great grandma, and decorated for Christmas.  I love weekends like this that just revolve around relaxing, family, and friends.
Here is a little picture summary of the eventful week.  I hope everyone stuffed themselves to no end and had the chance to appreciate the love of family.

Finally I got to decorate for Christmas! I swear I wait for it all year- my house just feels so boring without it.  In fact, last year, the decorations did't come down until March (whether that was by choice or laziness, I don't really know).  So in my excitement, here are  some pics of my decorations and my favorite ornaments.
