I heard about this website through 'The Curious Pug' and it is definitely worth passing on. Dogshaming is a hilarious tumblr where people post pictures of ashamed pets and their shame-able actions. I'm sure you'll see Bentley on there soon enough! The Honest Toddlerblog. You will laugh.

If history had a facebook..... This guy pretends to be famous and ends up pranking half of NYC. That would be way too fun to try.
I don't remember my dreams very often and when I do, they are always full of ideas and images that stick with me for days on end, and, they are usually of the nightmare genre.
I had one dream, 6 years ago, that has never ever left me. I cried the entire day after I had it and I cringe whenever it pops into my head now. I felt so dumb for crying over a dream and having such real feelings toward but then a friend told me that your brain, when it is dreaming, has no ability to make a distinction between reality and make believe. I don't know how true that really is, but it definitley makes sense and comforts me when this kind of thing happens.
The reason that I decided to post this is because I had one of those dreams a few nights ago. It is not something I am going to discuss because I believe that dreams are only meant for you and that is why putting them into words never does them any justice. But it has me pondering...is this a normal thing? To have dreams so real that they haunt you for years on end and actually feel like a distant memory rather than a story? How do these stories even come about in your mind while you are sleeping? This will be my third dream like this and none of them contain feelings or images that I want to welcome.
If you are a fan of Jenna Marbles, you are probably aware of the video she did a few weeks ago about girl crushes. I loved it. The entire time I was watching it, I was just like 'yupp. yupp. Oh..yupp I do that too.' She made it acceptable to talk about girl crushes! And I know her and I are not alone in this!
Girls have girl crushes. It is so perfectly normal. I don't understand why, but we do. For me, a girl crush pretty much means 'she is so pretty and/or interesting that I want to be around her every day' but unfortunately, we usually never even talk.
If we were more open about this, like Jenna wants us to be, maybe I could just walk up to a girl crush of mine and lay it straight out. "Hey, I have a girl crush on you. Let's be friends." Things would be much more simple this way, I think. Is this weird of me to think? Yes? But really. I find it hard to just make friends with girls who I find interesting and a girl crush seems like it could be a good excuse or icebreaker.
I even know my 'type.' I like glasses, indie clothing, hippie type, modest, red heads. Not all at once, cause I have never seen that. Maybe girl crushes are a reflection of what we want to see in ourselves? Who knows. But for those of you who haven't seen it, here is her video so that you can stop thinking that I am crazy.
